Right after signup

You'll see a "setting up your site" page. We're doing four things in the background:

1. Reserving a private repo for your site code.
2. Generating SEO copy for each service × city combo.
3. Creating your hosting account and DNS records.
4. Pointing your domain (or temp subdomain) at the new site.

If you registered a new domain, expect 10–15 minutes until your site is live. If you transferred one in, your site goes live on a temp cust-XXX.kyopsec.com subdomain immediately, then swaps to your real domain when the transfer completes (5–7 days).

When it's live

You get an email with the link the moment we confirm your site is answering over HTTPS. Open it, click around, make sure your business name and phone number look right.

Tweaks?

Anything's wrong, missing, or you want to add — open a ticket from /support or reply to the welcome email. Most edits are live within a few hours.

Your one job

Make sure your Google Business Profile uses the new site as the website URL. Free, takes 10 minutes, single biggest thing we can't do for you.
