Is $20 a month really everything?
Yes. Hosting, domain (first year registered — renewal included while you're subscribed), DNS, SSL, daily backups, 2 content updates a year, email support. No line items.
Can I keep my existing GoDaddy / Namecheap domain?
Starter requires the domain to live in our registrar account. You can transfer it in (5–7 day wait, we guide you through it; your site runs on a temp subdomain in the meantime). If you need to keep it where it is, that's a Custom tier conversation.
Can I bring my own hosting?
Not in Starter. Starter is "we do everything" — one deployment target, one support playbook, one flat price. If you need BYOH, that's Custom.
How long until my site is live?
Roughly 10–15 minutes from signup if you register a new domain. 5–7 days if you're transferring one in (you see a temp subdomain immediately so you're not waiting in the dark).
Will it rank?
Ranking is not guaranteed by any honest SaaS. What we control: clean markup, LocalBusiness schema, service × city pages, fast Lighthouse scores, proper canonical + sitemap + robots. What also matters: your Google Business Profile, reviews, time. We aim the platform at the "[service] [city]" local-intent searches your actual customers type.
What do content updates mean?
Twice a year, send us a list — new service, updated hours, removed location, new phone number, seasonal offer. We update your config + redeploy. Structural redesigns (new brand, new vertical) are Custom.
How does support work?
Email. No phone support on Starter. Response usually inside a business day. Emergencies (site down) get triaged fastest.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Self-serve. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period. After that it goes offline, the domain stops auto-renewing (you still own it until the registrar expiry). Your data is preserved for 90 days in case you come back.
Do you use AI to write my content?
Yes, service × city page copy is generated with Claude at provisioning time, then reviewed. It's grounded in your real services and cities — not generic filler. You tell us what's wrong, we fix it.
What happens when my domain needs to renew?
We renew it automatically while your subscription is active. Zero action on your part. If you cancel, auto-renew turns off but you still own the domain until registrar expiry.
I need features you don't have — can you build them?
That's Custom tier — book a call on the Pricing page. Fixed-price or milestone billing, deposits up front, honest scope.
