The domain side, demystified.

You own it. Period.

When we register or transfer in your domain, you are the registrant. We are not. If you cancel, you keep the domain — you'd just need to point it at new hosting (or move it back to a registrar like Namecheap/GoDaddy and use it however you want).

Registration

Pick a domain at signup. We register it through Namecheap, set up Cloudflare DNS, and point it at your new site — usually live in 10–15 minutes.

Transfer-in

Have a domain at GoDaddy / Namecheap / wherever? Unlock it at the old registrar, get the EPP (auth) code, and paste it in during signup. ICANN takes 5–7 days to complete the transfer — your site runs on a temp subdomain (cust-XXX.kyopsec.com) until it lands, then we swap automatically.

Renewals

We auto-renew your domain every year while your subscription is active. If you cancel, auto-renew stops — your domain stays yours until its existing registrar expiry, then you choose where to renew.

Adding a second domain

Want a second domain on the same site? Open a support ticket. Extra domains beyond the first incur the registrar cost (we don't mark up — pure pass-through).
