How to request

Two ways:

• Open a ticket from /support in your dashboard. Pick category "Content."
• Or reply to any email from us — same inbox.

Tell us in plain language what to change. No need to know HTML or file names. The more specific the better — "change the home-page hero from 'Brakes done right' to 'Brakes, done right today'" beats "the home page sounds off."

What's included

Starter includes 2 content updates per year. An "update" is a batch — you can rattle off 30 small edits in one email and that counts as one. We don't nickel-and-dime.

What's not

Structural changes — a new vertical, complete redesign, custom features, multiple sites under one account — that's Custom tier.

Turnaround

Most updates are live within a few hours. We push the change to your site repo and trigger a redeploy — your site stays up the whole time.
