Billing

How payments work.

Update your payment method

In your dashboard go to /billing → "Manage card" — that opens the Stripe customer portal. Add a new card, remove an old one, view past invoices.

Yearly vs monthly

Switching billing cycle: open a support ticket and we'll handle the proration. Stripe handles the math fairly — credits roll into the new cycle.

Cancellation

Self-serve. Hit "Cancel subscription" on /billing. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period, then goes offline. Domain auto-renew turns off but you still own the domain until its registrar expiry.

Coming back

Cancelled and changed your mind in the same billing period? Just hit "Resume subscription." Outside that window, sign up fresh — your account data is preserved for 90 days.

Failed payments

Stripe automatically retries failed cards a few times over a week before suspending. We email you at each retry. Update your card any time to clear the suspension.
